合肥2、3、4号线或延长 肥东肥西将通地铁 新一轮规划共8条轨道交通线路   合肥市本轮轨道交通建设规划线路一共涉及了8条线路,分别为:2号线东延线、3号线南延线、4号线南延线、6号线、7号线、8号线、9号线及S1线一期工程,总建设规模约为247.5公里。为您梳理了几大亮点。   2号线将东延至肥东县、3号线南延至肥西县、4号线将南延,S1线与新桥机场无缘,仅从新西站起步至滨湖新区……10月28日,《合肥市城市轨道交通近期建设规划(2018~2025)环境影响评价公示》首次对外公开。江淮晨报、江淮网记者从中获悉,此轮规划一共涉及8条线,总建设规模约为247.5公里。   2、3、4号线刮起“延长风”   目前,合肥市已经建成通车的高架线路共有9条。从今年开始,高架桥刮起了一股“延长风”。今后,这股“延长风”将从地上刮到地下。除了1号线三期工程作为北延项目有望近期开工外,此次公示的最新一轮建设规划中,多条合肥轨道交通线路都有延长的计划,具体为2号线东延、3号线南延、4号线南延。   2号线线路全长27.764公里,全线沿着长江西路、长江中路和长江东路敷设。此次规划大致走向显示,2号线将延长至肥东县城。目前,2号线最东边的站点――三十埠站的站台层,已经为东延项目预留了两边隧道出入口所需的空间和施工条件。   正在建设的3号线南端起于方兴大道,北端止于相城路。线路全长约37.3公里。此次规划明确,3号线将继续向南延伸一段,直抵肥西县城。   另外,4号线线路西端起于鸡鸣山路站,终至东方大道站,线路全长41.34公里。此次规划显示,4号线将在中途另起一段,向西南方向延伸。   新西站通过S1线连接滨湖新区   从市区到新桥机场,目前可以坐机场大巴、私家车或者打车。此前有媒体曾报道称,规划中的S1线将从市区直通新桥机场,这给了市民不少期待,不过目前看来暂时无望了。   记者注意到,此次公示的建设规划当中,S1线最北端将从新西站起步,而不是新桥机场。之后,S1线一路南下与4号线交汇之后,向东南方向前进,在和1号线在高铁南站附近交汇之后,进入滨湖新区,最终抵达巢湖岸边。   合肥市如今正逐步成为全国综合交通枢纽,为了有效解决目前合肥铁路枢纽内北、西车流不畅的问题,规划建设部门计划在清溪路附近建设新西站。   这也就意味着,今后,市民可以在清溪路乘坐S1号线在新西站和高铁南站之间驰骋,而不必再从地面打车或者乘坐公交车了,这也将大大节省市民的乘坐高铁出行的换乘时间。   8号线从长丰县可直达滨湖   目前,长丰县进入市区,主要是通过蒙城路和阜阳北路,而尤其是在高峰期,阜阳北路高架的交通压力陡增。另外,随着北城区的开发建设,人口聚居效应突显,亟需一条从长丰县伸向市区的地铁线路。   此外,滨湖新区建设步入10个周年。这两个新城区一北一南,却没有一条沟通的要道。而好消息是,最新一轮的建设规划当中,将新建一条全新的8号线。该线路为南北走向,最北段位于长丰县,最南端直达滨湖新区。   未来5条地铁可到达滨湖新区   规划中的6号线整体呈现东西走向,最东边与2号线的延长线在肥东县城交汇。规划中的9号线一头落在肥西县,一头落在新站区。9号线与6号线在市中心交汇,两者呈现出一个不规则的X形。   计划年底开工的5号线工程北起庐阳区汲桥路站,南至滨湖新区云南路站。今年年底开通试运营的1号线一、二期工程最南端都落在了徽州大道与珠江路交口。加上此轮规划中的S1线、8号线和7号线,未来将有5条线路都可抵达滨湖新区。   声音   后期还存在变化的可能性   此前,合肥市城市快速轨道交通建设规划(2009~2016年),于2010年获国务院批准,这是第一轮规划,涉及设计1、2号线。2014年,合肥市城市轨道交通近期建设规划(2014~2020年),获国务院批准,这第二轮规划涉及3、4、5号线。   本次轨道交通建设规划是在确保符合城市性质、城市发展目标、产业结构、生产布局等城市总体规划的前提下编制的。因此,它与环境保护规划、历史文化名城规划和绿地系统规划等城市专项规划存在着密切的关系,且相互影响和制约。   相关人士表示,需要提醒的是,作为第三轮建设规划,合肥市城市轨道交通近期建设规划(2018~2025)中的各个项目,目前还处于规划阶段,后期还存在变化的可能性,最终方案需要以国家相关部门的批复为准。   参与   公众在十个工作日内可提意见   相关人士表示,轨道交通的环境影响从空间概念上可分为以下单元:地下段、高架段、衔接段、车辆段、变电所、冷却塔、风亭等。从时间序列上可分为施工期和运营期,其中施工期相对较短,且多数随工程行为的结束,环境的影响逐渐消失;而运营期的环境影响将是持久的、长期的。   为了尽量减缓城市轨道交通可能带来的负面环境影响,环评单位希望广大市民积极参与,提出与合肥市城市轨道交通近期建设规划(2018~2025)相关的环境保护方面意见。后期,环评单位将在《环境影响报告书》中真实记录各方的意见和建议,并向有关部门反映。   从即日起的十个工作日内,市民可以通过信件、邮件或电话的形式,提供宝贵意见建议。   地址:武汉市武昌区和平大道745号,邮编:430063;联系人:李工;电话:027-51156284;邮箱:lixiaotsy@163。相关的主题文章:
